Mission

Convert the zoning of a general office space to allow for medical office use. Design an OBGYN office for a Sutter Delta Health physician partner that would offer first class delivery of patient care in the community closest to the physicians partnering hospital. This was a relocation of an existing practice with emphasized importance on identifying a location close to the original office to maintain consistency for patients and maintain the value of the practice.

Challenges

• Identify customizable and available space to accommodate the needs of the physician practice within close proximity to existing office and Sutter Delta Medical Center.
• The Physician group had an expiring lease that required the new location to be completed,including all interior improvements, within 30 working days from start of construction
• Conversion from general office space to medical office building.
• Adapting existing office suites to exam room suites with additive infrastructure improvements such as specialized electrical, plumbing and cabinetry work.
• Design beautiful and highly functional space at the lowest possible price.
